Simple defect-only return policy
We want local purchases to stay clear and practical. You inspect the item before buying, so returns are only for functional defects that were not part of the original condition you accepted.
What qualifies
- Functional issue discovered within 14 days of purchase.
- The issue was not already disclosed and accepted at pickup.
- The item is returned in the same condition with the same included accessories.
What does not qualify
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Cosmetic issues already visible during inspection.
- Damage caused after the item leaves the store.
How to start a return request
- Text or call us within 14 days and explain the issue clearly.
- Include the item name, SKU if available, and what problem you found.
- Bring the item back in the same condition for review.
